Maine winters can be crazy. Snow, wind, rain, subzero temperatures, microbursts, Nor-Easters…
You leave in the fall. You come back in the spring.
I live here all winter long. I know everybody.
I will monitor your property inside and out for the 6 months you are away and personally deal with whatever happens until you return.
If your well pump line bursts in February when it’s 15 below zero I will make my way to your house (with snowshoes if necessary), shut it off, repair the system and remediate the damage.
That’s what I do.
Full 6 month property monitoring and caretaking services package cost is $6000 per season. It includes 26 weekly property inspections that cover the following:
General exterior building inspection
HVAC inspection
Fire systems inspection (I am a member of Camden Fire Department)
Power, water, alarm/ security, doors/ windows, basement, attic, rodent inspection, driveway and easement access and plowing monitoring,
Oil and propane heating fuel levels monitoring,
All repairs and work that exceeds 1 hour, and materials will be billed additionally.
Storms and other events outside of scheduled weekly inspections will be billed at a rate of $200 including repairs up to 1 hour.
Monthly inspections packages are also available at $230/ month.
Call, email or text with any questions about pricing and services.
Other seasonal caretaking services outside of the aforementioned package include:
fall winterization, spring Resuscitation, seasonal dock management and general property management including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and yes… even remodeling.
I generally live within a 5 minute drive of all the properties I manage. I’m a neighbor, not some management company. I actually give a shit. And if it breaks, I’ll fix it.
